These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “user”) and Bright Bay Care (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of our website and services, including ABA therapy and/or home care services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Medical Disclaimer

The content on our website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Use of our website does not establish a provider–patient relationship

  • Services are only formally established through signed agreements and intake processes

  • Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
If you are using Services on behalf of a minor or dependent, you represent that you are legally authorized to do so.

4. Healthcare Services & HIPAA

Bright Bay Care may collect and use Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with applicable laws, including HIPAA.

Use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices.

Nothing in these Terms overrides your rights under HIPAA.

5. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

6. Appointments, Cancellations, and Payments

  • You understand telehealth may not be suitable for all situations

  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights
